The world is in a state of crisis. Developing nations are quickly falling backwards, and the once confident economic titans are struggling to hide their own embarassment as their economies shrink.

This is a dreary picture, but the purpose of this page is not to spread more doom and gloom. No, the reason I am writing to you is to impress upon you how important leadership is in this critical time for our world. Don’t throw personal development aside as the world gets tougher, as time gets more valuable, and goals look harder to reach. Instead you can use it to thrive within yourself, and create a positive space that no ‘bleak economic data’ can touch.

While it’s easy to get caught up in the trillions and billions, it is important that you understand the world can still be broken down into small, local communities, where people matter, and you can make a difference. Your workplace, your town, even your home. A global turnaround will need leadership on a global scale, but it won’t be the charisma of one man that will bring the plummet to an end – it will be the combined effort of thousands or millions of leaders who really exert their influence on their communities in order to deliver positive change.

Jobs will be created by inspired entrepeneurs. Spirits will be lifted by new creative writers. The vulnerable will be cared for by bold charity. Having the leadership to push forward and bring others into the fight will prove invaluable to you and your communities happiness.
